Refund Policy

Moving Service Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Deposit Requirement
    A deposit may be required to secure your moving date and crew. This deposit confirms your reservation and reserves time on our schedule.
  2. Refundable Deposits
    Deposits are fully refundable if the customer cancels their move more than 24 hours before the scheduled moving date and time. Any deposit or prepayment made will be returned in full.
  3. Non-Refundable Deposits
    If a move is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled move, the deposit will be non-refundable. This is due to the time reserved for your move and the scheduling of our moving crew and equipment.
  4. Cancellation Fees
    If a move reservation is canceled after the final payment deadline or within 24 hours of the scheduled move, cancellation fees may apply. In these situations, the full deposit may be forfeited, depending on the type of deposit and the timing of the cancellation.
  5. Rescheduling
    Customers may request to reschedule their move. If the request is made more than 24 hours in advance, the deposit can typically be applied to the new moving date. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to availability and additional fees.
  6. No-Show Policy
    If the moving crew arrives at the scheduled location and the customer is unavailable or the move cannot proceed, the deposit will be forfeited and additional charges may apply.
  7. Policy Acknowledgment
    By booking moving services, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this refund and cancellation policy.
